Session 11:
Food Therapy, with Warren SheirApril 14, 2021
In this episode, we talk to Warren Sheir, co-author of the cookbook Ancient Wisdom, Modern Kitchen. We talk about food, getting patients to change their diet, and what it's like to write a book.
This is a book I highly recommend. It's a great resource for practitioners, and it's a book you can recommend to patients who are interested in changing their diet. The first section is a simple primer on TCM theory and goes over the taste, temperature, and actions of various food ingredients. The second half of the book is easy-to-follow recipes.
