Session 15:

Medical Qi Gong, with Zachary Lui

July 7, 2021

This episode was supposed to be just about qi gong, but we started off by talking about teaching, the quality of education in our current system, and how the various metaphors affect our understanding of Chinese medicine.

After that, we did actually get into a discussion about qi gong. We talk about how having a personal qi gong practice can affect your treatments, and then talk about medical qi gong as a treatment modality.
